This weekend brings the end of Premier League football for another season but there’s still work to be done for Arsenal, who need to beat Aston Villa and hope Newcastle United overcome Tottenham Hotspur to steal second-spot, whilst just one point is enough to secure a spot in the Champions League group stages.

In the grand scheme of things though, the result itself isn’t that important as Arsenal will have been wondering what might have been. Therefore, although it would be great to see us overhaul our great north London rivals, Arsenal should use this final game as an opportunity to give a chance to some fringe players.

With many of the squad heading off to international competitions this summer, with the European Championships and Copa America on the horizon, we could see some big names absent. That’s not to worry not, as we have the players in our squad to counteract these absentees.

We asked @DanGaleaStJohn to identify some players he feels should start this weekend, let us know your thoughts in the comments!
