Alex Neil is the manager of Norwich City, the second youngest manager in the Football League at 35-years-old. His win rate as the manager of the Canaries is very good, at 43% from ninety-six games in charge.

His passion and determination is to be admired at such a young age, he gave up his career as a professional footballer in 2013, retiring at the age of just 33 to go into management.

Norwich is just his second job in charge of a team, after being a player-manager at Hamilton Academical, where he had an extraordinary win rate of 55%.
