According to reports from the Daily Star, Arsenal are expected to send attacking midfielder Jon Toral out on loan to Scottish side Rangers on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old, who joined the Gunners from the Barcelona setup in 2011, has spent the first half of this season on loan with La Liga side Granada.
However, having made just six appearances for the Spanish side so far, the attacking midfielder has moved back to the north London club.
Rangers are currently second in the Scottish Premiership, however, they are 19 points adrift of leaders and champions elect, Celtic.
Manager Mark Warburton has also brought in Bournemouth summer signing Emerson Hyndman on loan for the remainder of the season, having not been involved on the south coast since making his summer move from Fulham.
Toral has made 22 appearances for the Arsenal youth side, scoring five goals, but is yet to make an appearance for the first team.
