Arsenal will face Premier League rivals Southampton in the fourth round of the FA Cup after Claude Puel’s side beat Norwich 1-0 in their third round replay last night.
Saints striker Shane Long scrambled the ball over the line with less than a minute of extra time left at St. Mary’s Stadium on Wednesday night.
The fourth round tie, which will take place on the 28th January on the south coast, will be the third of at least four meetings between the two sides this season.
A 2-1 win in the Premier League was sealed when Santi Cazorla converted a controversial penalty at The Emirates in the early weeks of the season.
A second meeting, again in north London, came when Saints were 2-0 winners in the EFL Cup against a much-changed Arsenal side.
The Gunners have a poor recent record against the Saints, having won just two of the last six ties, and have not won at St. Mary’s since a 1-0 win in December 2003, when Robert Pires was on the score-sheet.
Here is how the draw went down with fans…

@Arsenal @SouthamptonFC @EmiratesFACup Yay. Can't wait to play a team who constantly beat us and we never seem to learn our lessons from.
