Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger insists his Arsenal side can still, not only challenge for, but also win the Premier League.

Speaking to beIN Sports, Le Professeur said: “It is massive, the nine points after seven games, I agree completely, but it is not lost,” “I believe that maybe, going forward, City are a bit more complete.

“City are more offensive. Chelsea defensively are better but it’s very difficult to say who will be in front but what we want to do is be in front of both of them.”

After seven games, the Gunners currently sit in eighth place after a lukewarm start following disappointing draws – and performances – against Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur, whilst the Gunners have only taken the one point from a possible six against City and Chelsea, the two main rivals for the Premier League title.

Arsene Wenger’s side will be looking to cut the nine point gap between them and Jose Mourinho’s side this weekend as the Gunners welcome Steve Bruce’s Hull City to north London.
