Look who's made it into Opta Team of the Week!

Opta's Team of the Week makes for interesting reading.

Only one Arsenal player (not surprisingly) has made it into the squad. It's not José Antonio Reyes, who recently won Player of the Month, nor is it Jen Lehmann, who's on a run of clean sheets.

It's Pascal Cygan, the much maligned centre-back who's been forced to slot into the left back position, covering for Ashley Cole and Gaël Clichy.

Cygan has come under heavy criticism from not just Arsenal fans, but opposition fans as well, many wondering why Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger persists with the lumbering Frenchman.

The stats don't lie, and the Arsenal manager likes his statistics. On stats alone, Pascal Cygan has been the best and most consistent left back in the Premiership.
