Arsčne Wenger will welcome back Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, Robért Píres and Gilberto Silva to his Arsenal squad on Wednesday night, but Lauren will not return.
Henry and Gilberto return after respective hamstring and calf injuries, while Bergkamp and Píres come back after being rested for the Bolton game.
Lauren, however, will be out for a month with a knee injury which Wenger has put down to playing so many games.
The full back joins Pascal Cygan, Ashley Cole and Gaël Clichy on the injury list, while Cesc Fabregas and José Antonio Reyes miss out due to suspension. Kolo Touré and Emmanuel Eboue are obviously still on African Nations Cup duty.
"Gilberto's back, Henry's back, Bergkamp's back and Píres back," said Wenger on Tuesday.
"But Cygan, Cole, Clichy, Touré, Eboue are all injured. Fabregas and Reyes are suspended as well.
"We also have bad news about Lauren, who is out for a while with a knee problem," the manager revealed. "Let's say it will be one month for him.
"His knee has swollen up and we have to check what is wrong in there.
"It is from playing games, although he did not play at Bolton."
Wenger went on to praise the former Cameroon international for his versatility, saying he is a player who does not get enough credit.
"It is bad news for us because he is one who can play everywhere - right, left, in midfield.
"Also he is a fantastic player who does not always get credit he deserves. I am very sorry to lose him."
