Henry: There is still hope for title

Thierry Henry has not conceded the Premiership title to Chelsea but does acknowledge "that it (the title) is in the hands of Chelsea."

The mercurial Frenchman does admit it "would be more than amazing" if Arsenal were to claw back an 11 point deficit to their West London rivals.

Matchday 32 of the League season saw Arsenal as the big winners of the weekend as they beat a resolute Middlesbrough side 1-0 courtesy of a Robért Píres strike and in doing so reduced Chelsea's lead at the top of the table to 11 points after Chelsea were held to a draw by Birmingham. Later that evening Manchester United were humbled 2-0 by lowly Norwich to leave them 3 points adrift of the Gunners.

"There is still some hope there for the title," said Henry. "We know it is in the hands of Chelsea but we will try and grab what we can grab. To grab first place right now would be more than amazing.

"Chelsea have just kept on winning so it has been difficult to do better than them. We are not trying to match them or see what they are doing, we are just trying to finish the season well and see what it brings.

"Second is second but we will just try to do our best."
