World Cup winner and Arsenal midfielder Gilberto Silva has urged his Arsenal team mates to look forward to Arsenal's upcoming fixtures and not dwell on the defeat to Manchester United.
Gilberto said: "But now we need to look forward and forget this game."
Arsenal's fixtures are coming thick and fast due to a rescheduled game against Portsmouth on Wednesday evening, but instead of complaining about it, Gilberto says that the fixture congestion could be a good thing.
Gilberto added: "We don't have much time to think about it. We have another one on Wednesday. There are many games in a short period of time.
"Everyone is aware of that and we know it is hard. If you keep concentrated after the game and make sure you rest then it is ok. But it is still not going to be easy."
Arsenal are currently 5 points behind the much coveted fourth spot in the league, and it is imperative that the Gunners don't drop a single point from now till the end of the season.
"We have Portsmouth, West Brom, Villarreal and Tottenham. All these will be important games for us. It is very important to keep our concentration very high. Each game is like a final now."

Yup, we must look forward and forget about the Manure game. We must not lose confidence and always stay on track.
