Arsène Wenger is keen to get the next season underway to continue the next stage of his team's "maturing" process.
Arsenal had started the season slowly but managed to finish in fourth spot, guaranteeing Champions League football from the qualifying rounds.
The Gunners also narrowly lost 2-1 to Spanish champions Barcelona in the Champions League final.
Wenger said: "I cannot wait now already to start the season because I want to come back to be strong to continue the progression of the team.
"I believe that what happened to us has created a unity inside the squad that will come out next season.
"This team has gone through thick and thin this year because we have been hammered for months, and we finish in a European Cup final.
"That has created a special bond that we want to build on from the first game."

Arsenal's fourth place did not garantee Champions League football from the group stages. They must go through the 3rd qualifying round.
