Cygan will not leave Arsenal yet
Pascal Cygan has said that he will not leave Arsenal for a club with "inferior conditions", stating that he still has one year left on his contract.
It was thought that Cygan would leave Arsenal in search of regular first team action but the former Lille defender has said that he is happy [for the moment] to see out his contract at Arsenal.
Cygan said: "I still have one year remaining on my Arsenal contract.
"I am not in the streets.
"I hear about interest from an English club or French outfits, but I will not leave for inferior conditions."

Personally speaking I have no objection to having him in the squad. He's probably the best fourth-choice centre-back around, and has looked pretty nifty at times. It's just his pace that seems to let him down

The sooner Pascal Cygan leaves the better! The man is useless and I was extremely surprised when I found out that the year before he moved to Arsenal he was voted best player in the french league. He has made me laugh over the past years because he is so bad. I just hope he stays in the premiership so I can laugh at him for another year.

Pascal oh Pascal - please do the decent thing and seek a new challange. You have not lived up to the billing that was attached to you when you came, in fact you have been a liability on so many occassions I have lost count.
Arsenal need new centre backs, at least one maybe 2, you and Sol can go, you have had your day. I think I woul deven prefer to see Lauren cover in teh centre back role than see you strolling around getting lost.
