Wenger responds to FA fine

Arsène Wenger has been hit by a £10,000 fine from the Football Association for his touchline fracas with former West Hame manager Alan Pardew.

The Arsenal manager attended a disciplinary hearing at FA headquarters to explain his conduct at Upton Park.

Wenger said that he would not be appealing the decision: "I got fined severely.

"I'm not happy with it.

"I said I regret it and I was over-reacting, so I accept the fine."
