Arsenal take on Bolton tonight hoping to win against their bogey team for the first time in eight games.
The Gunners need to win tonight to ensure progression into the next round of the FA Cup.
Touré said: "The whole squad is hungry to beat Bolton after they've got the better of us in recent seasons.
"Now it's our time to get revenge. We know it won't be easy because they have been playing well recently at home.
"But we are going there with the intention of getting into the next round of the FA Cup."
Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger has said that he will be resting several key players for tonight's match, including captain and star striker Thierry Henry.
But Touré is confident that this won't affect the Gunners' performance tonight.
Touré added: "Even though we've got injuries, we are capable of putting it together and raising our game when things get tough.
"With or without Henry, Arsenal are fighting well in every game.
"But it is true we need him in the team because he always intimidates our opponents.
"The key to the Bolton game will be to keep up our fighting spirit and and not give them any chances in front of goal.
"I am optimistic and convinced we will reach the last eight of the FA Cup."
