Arsène Wenger fired another salvo back in the bitter war of words with the Football Association after the governing body asked him to explain his criticism of the state of refereeing in England.
Wenger says the evidence is there for everyone to see when the replays are shown on television.
He also questioned the treatment of his side by officials in general.
He said: "I don't want to say they have got it in for us, but if that is the case it is not worth talking about.
"The only thing I will say is that the numbers are there.
"We are the team which commits the fewest fouls against our opponents, and we are the team that gets punished more.
"For every five fouls we get a yellow card.
"There are some teams who only get a yellow card every twelve fouls so we must be very clumsy.
"We played the other night at Blackburn and lost the game. But Blackburn committed 30 fouls.
"[Morten Gamst] Pedersen does [Emmanuel] Eboué on purpose, he gets away without a yellow card and nobody says a word.
"But if somebody [from my team] pushed somebody else with one hand the whole country is shocked. I call that Sky Sports News justice."
Many are saying that the Frenchman is using his latest spat with the FA as a diversion of attention from Arsenal's failings this season.
Wenger added: "It is not a smokescreen because we do not deny we are out of the FA Cup.
"We had a reasonable run in the Carling Cup and reasonable games, even in the final.
"You cannot say we've gained any advantage from referee decisions.
"The linesman who didn't see [Didier] Drogba offside [when he scored] ruled against Adebayor, so you cannot say there has been a big advantage for us in this Carling Cup final.
"We are strong enough to focus on what is important."

why is'nt graham poll asked to explain his decision to the f.a not to give a penalty against blackburn for the foul on freddie. The f.a is a dictatorship which is akin to a communist lead society.i.e anyone who criistises them faces punishment. What ever happened to free speech. someone should take a court case against them to european courts of justice

In court they need evidence to prove you are guilty. Why the FA don't bother to look at evidence that shows a person is not guilty?
With so many cameras, may be FIFA should set a rule that all red card should be reviewed post match, frame by frame to see if the Referee gets it right. How can ref and FA be always right?

To GLO: The thing is, FA doesn't need to defend themselves because nobody higher than them holds their feet to fire. They're as dictatorial as it can get.

I have a feeling that the FA will not be able to defend themselves. When this whole thing started people were saying Arsene is saying rubbish. I would be interested in what the skysports will have to say. They said this man was very intelligent, oh boy is he is very very clever. How the FA will get away with this will take someone more intelligent than him. Especially in statistics. Do you know that Arsene is a genius? Do you also know that Arsene Wenger remember last season all 38 premiership match number with the particular game. This number is 4 digits long.
