After the defeat to Everton, manager Arsène Wenger has said that Arsenal are missing vital experience on the pitch.
It doesn't help that the team are physically, a little bit jaded as well.
You would have thought that since we're only left in one competition, the team should be as fresh as daisies for each match!
To me, it's more of a motivation thing, and that is down to the manager to motivate the team based on the changed priorities.
Wenger said: "We are a bit jaded physically, and we did not make the most of our opportunities.
"The final ball was not good enough, even though we battled well to the end.
"The spirit was excellent, but we didn't create enough. The conditions were not good, but they were the same for everyone.
"We are not guaranteed to be in the top four and we want to be in there, we have a difficult programme and must not fail to be in that top four.
"It is very frustrating not being able to make the most of our chances when we play well. This month, mentally, has been very hard for us.
"We lost at Blackburn in the last minute, we lost to Eindhoven late in the game and the same against Everton as well as losing a late goal to Chelsea in the Carling Cup Final.
"What we are missing is the maturity to deal with that."

We need to finish 3rd in the league now. No more extra games to be played.

Agree!. He might be good in Spain. But NOT for Arsenals' front line.

I hope Wenger won't sign Baptista. He is just not good enough.
