Kolo Touré has admitted that his team are jealous of the success Chelsea are enjoying on the pitch, but says that it only drives them on to strive for the same levels of success.
Arsenal take on Chelsea tomorrow safe in the knowledge that they are guaranteed Champions League football next season, but the Blues need to beat the Gunners in order to keep alive their slim hopes of retaining their Premiership crown.
Touré said: "We are jealous.
"Arsenal are one of the really big teams.
"It is frustrating watching these other teams in the Champions League and fighting for the Premiership.
"We need to be winning trophies every season, and we are sad we have not managed that.
"Why has it happened? We didn't play well at the start.
"After three games we were seven points behind Chelsea and that made it difficult.
"We have not won games we should have done."
