Freddie Ljungberg's agent has dismissed claims that the winger will leave Arsenal to join another English club this summer.
Ljungberg has attracted interests from Manchester City and Sunderland.
"I haven't talked to Fredrik about that (interest), but he has earlier said that due to his respect for the Arsenal fans he can't play for another English club," Elefalk told TT.
Italian side, Fiorentina are also one of the clubs who are interested in signing the Swedish international.
It has been reported that Freddie has been holding up the transfer due to his wage demands, but that is not the case, according to Elefalk.
"Arsenal are demanding more than the offer Fiorentina have tabled," he said.
"The clubs have to reach an agreement first, then we will sit down and discuss an eventual offer.
"We haven't reached that stage yet."
