Manager praises squad maturity

Manager Arsène Wenger has praised the maturity and the determination of his young charges to stay focused even when they're a goal down.
The Gunners have had to come back three times against top quality opposition in the space of 10 days, and the Frenchman has attributed this to his players' natural stamina.
Wenger said: "The players have natural stamina.
"Flamini or Fabregas or Hleb are not sprinters, they're more long-distance runners.
"While Adebayor has that combination of stamina, speed and strength.
"We lacked that stamina a bit last season but it comes a little bit each year; a little injection at 21 and 22, strength added to stamina.
"Certainly a player like Fabregas has more capability to resist and penetrate challenges than he did last year."
