Lupoli disappointed with move to Italy

Former Arsenal striker Arturo Lupoli has said that he made a mistake in moving away from Arsenal to Italian-side Fiorentina.

The promising youngster, who also had a successful spell at Derby County, signed a five-year deal with the Italian-side on a free transfer in July but has yet to make an appearance.

Lupoli said: "I made a mistake coming to Fiorentina.

"Quite frankly I was hoping to play regular football and I thought the club would give me greater consideration.

"I am 20-years-old and I really want to play.

"I'm looking for an ideal solution, I've left my agents to do what they want and I hope that something comes up soon."

Like so many promising youngsters....the grass always seems greener on the other side! When will they learn Arsene Wenger knows what he is doing.
