Strikers Emmanuel Adebayor and Nicklas Bendtner have escaped punishment from the Football Association for their bust-up during the Carling Cup semi-final against Tottenham.
The pair clashed towards the end of the match and could have been punishable by the FA.
But the governing body have chosen to take no further action on the matter.
An FA spokesman said: "No formal disciplinary action will be taken against Emmanuel Adebayor.
"Both players will be written to remind them of their responsibilities."
