Striker Emmanuel Adebayor says that Manchester City pushed Arsenal hard in yesterday's hard-fought win.
The Togolese international scored the opening and last goals to ensure that the three points were heading to North London, and inflicted City's first home defeat of the season.
Adebayor said: "We knew the game was going to be tough and difficult and you could see that.
"We are pleased with the performance. They played quite well and have a lot of talented players.
"When we scored the second goal you thought the game was finished but they made it difficult. But we responded very well.
"The most important thing is we have won and we are very happy with that."
"I am enjoying life like a little child."Everyone loves me, the fans love me and the goals are coming in every game.
"I will invite the rest of the team to have a drink with me. They all deserve it."
