Downtime explained
Due to a hardware failure with one of our dedicated servers, the site was unresponsive from about 10.30 PM last night, right after the goalless draw with AC Milan.
Perusing the log files, this has been put down to heavy traffic on the website, which I'm aware has been causing problems for some time now.
Please bear with me when I say that I am working on improving the software on the site, together with exploring alternatives for additional hardware to increase the site's capabilities to cope with increasingly high demands from our users.
Apologies for any inconveniences caused, I am working on the issue.
