Site enhancements / Opportunities on the website

Just a quick note to say that we rolled out a number of minor changes over the weekend to the website.

One of these is the TV listings page has now been fixed and will be updated regularly. UK users will find it useful to know when matches are televised.

We currently have a number of opportunities for interested Arsenal fans who want to extend a helping hand to the people who help run this website.

Please have a read at the list below and get in touch with me if you're interested.

HTML / CSS
Arsenal-Mania needs someone who can take the lead on the HTML / CSS on the site, including helping out substantially on an ongoing project that has fallen behind schedule. This project will involve editing of HTML templates, and you should be very comfortable with debugging problems encountered with someone else's HTML or CSS.

Writers
Whilst we are providing news, we would also like to increase the number of articles that we publish. If you ever fancied yourself as a freelance journalist and wanted to extend your readerbase to Arsenal fans, this is your chance!

PHP Developer
The site is developed extensively in PHP. There are a number of key projects that have been on the back burner for a while, mainly because technical resources are very stretched at the moment. If you have some reasonable commercial experience developing applications in PHP, and would like to work with our lead developer on improving the site, don't hesitate to apply now!

Please note that these are not commercial opportunities and we cannot afford to pay anyone a full time or part-time salary.

Having said that, we believe that the opportunities available will provide exposure to anyone who is interested in being involved with a high-traffic site.

ARSENAL is not being serious enough to deserve any silverware. U see it in their body language from the last 4 games. When the pass and pass and miss a chance the start smiling is that a winning attitude. I love them but they are sucking the believe out of me. The don't really want it if they did u would see it inb their attitude not performance. Shoot and they pass, pass and they shoot what the hell is with them. I hate utd but i got to admit they have the attitude not the permance and when the attitude is there the performance will follow. Arsenal learn to shoot. Do the passing but when u get within 25yards or somethingf shoot just shoot. Ade is good but he needs to be serious to deserve anything

Hi, I am interested in working for this site. I have been an Arsenal fan all my life.

I can do html very well and I am good with php. I am also online regually. I am also good with forums eg moderation etc.

I own a couple of php game site so I have experiance and some of them have forums so I have experiance with forums :D. Also, some of the site owners of the sites I code for can vouch for me if needed.
