Adebayor confident of overcoming Liverpool

Striker Emmanuel Adebayor is confident that Arsenal can overcome Liverpool in the upcoming three games against them.

The Gunners drew the short straw and have arguably the toughest tie in the next round of the Champions League, having to play their domestic rivals three times in about a week.

But Adebayor says that his team have it in them to take maximum points from all the three games.

He said: "We're confident we can win all three. We've told ourselves this is the year for Arsenal to win the Champions League and the Premier League."

I think everyone over here is gettin a bit too overconfident rite .. lately we've played like crap in the pl ,,, 4 draws on the bounce and though we completely outclassed milan ,,, they were a truly old side who dint have the legs to close us down and thus we were able to outpass and outplay them ,,, that said i think liverpool will be completely different as they are the most experienced CL English Team and they noe how to close us down ,,, in addition we've hit a real low when theyre firing on all cylinders and its gnna be real hard containing torres ,,, against inter he had one chance and one goal ,,, the match is sure gnna be a cracker ,,, come on ya gooners !!!1
