Manager Arsène Wenger could not hide his disappointment from another draw with Liverpool, and seeing his team lose further ground in the title race.

The Frenchman said that he kicked every ball mentally, but could not say the same for his team who he felt did not attack every ball hard enough, and instead waited for the ball to come to them.

Wenger said: ""Well, it's a bit of a repetition of Wednesday night with maybe a first half an hour where we had problems to start the game.

"After 30 minutes we got into the game and three minutes to go they got a goal, and then of course you know they defend for every ball in their half and you need to come back and score and second goal - which was possible.

"We had to throw everything forward and we opened ourselves up a little bit on counter-attacks, but that was the game, basically.

"I kicked every ball, I felt there was room there to win the game, you know?

"And at some stage, - we didn't reposition quickly enough - we didn't attack the balls on the crosses - we had two or three crosses from the left coming from Clichy where we didn't attack the ball, and waited for the ball so...

"Of course if I was in there I would not score but I would try from outside [the box]!"

Time to dump RVP and Rosicky (Sicknote 1 and 2). They are taking up places in the team that we can (if Wenger would spend) be filled by high quality experienced striker(s) and winger(s). PL is over, we need to concentrate on the CL. Adebayor should not start. His first touch is horrible and he cannot score running at defenders. I say give Bendtner a chance. His first touch is much better, he is better with the ball at his feet and he is more rested. How I wish Eduardo was able to play . . .

The titles gone this year, I dont know, sometimes it just looks like the players dont really care, apart from against Chelsea a few weeks ago, we havent really really played well in the league at all, lets hope the Champs league comes good for us, Anfield is gonna be hard, Liverpool have got the European pedigree, but I think we'll win!!!!

We still have hope and that would be if Man U drop points. There is absolutely no chance of Chelsea dropping points coz they got a big squad and they have so many good players. I feel Chelsea will beat Man U at Stamford Bridge coz no one can beat Chelsea over there. Earning a draw there is quite a big thing. Fabregas played well as his corners and free-kicks were accurate but his shots have to be improved.
