Wenger: Arsenal can dominate if we improve

Manager Arsčne Wenger has said that if his team can improve on their performances last season, they can dominate domestic league for the foreseeable future.

The Frenchman has so far signed only one high-profile player in Aaron Ramsey, and it is expected that French winger Samir Nasri will follow.

Wenger also cited the huge points difference from the previous season and the season just gone by, and was confident that if there is the same amount of improvement, his charges can easily dominate the league.

Speaking to the official Arsenal magazine, he said: "At the end of the season I just told the players to go on holiday, forget about it for a few weeks, and be ready to come back with a new desire and new hope for next season.

"I feel the togetherness is there, the desire is there, and the quality is there. They have very good ingredients. We have done extremely well.

"We had 68 points last year, and we had 83 this season, so we made a big improvement.

"We just want to make another improvement next year, and if we can manage that improvement, what will follow naturally is domination."

football is all about believe and i believe that Arsenal will dominate in the near future if a few things are sorted out. First sell the players who are not happy at the club and use the money to sign accomplished players who will deliver on the first asking and the rest will be history.

i think adebayor is not a complete striker.He waste a lot of oppurtunities last season.We need to have a good finisher and not someone like adebayor.If wenger still keep him we will never win.We need to bring better quality players in.I hope he brings someone like eto or villa.Martins is even better than adebayor.I also think that if hleb want to leave just let he leave.He is important but it think he lack the scoring touch.We need someone like pires who can score.

wenger is right but we just need to start winning these simple games and not give it away. last season we had it in the bag but we slipped up by making stupid mistakes in easy matches. my advice is to give it 100% in any circumstances and we will dominate...
