Striker Nicklas Bendtner says that he is aiming to improve on his performances from last season, starting by scoring more goals for the club.
Bendtner scored nine goals last season for the club, but more importantly most of the goals were crucial last-minute winners or equalisers.
The Dane is desperate to win his first major title with the club, and is hopeful of being more involved with manager Arsène Wenger's plans for the 2008/09 season.
Bendtner said: "I know everybody talks about winning things.
"But that is what it is all about this year. I want to try and take a trophy home.
"I do set myself targets. The main thing for everyone I think is to play a lot and of course I want to get more regularly into the squad.
"Then I want to progress in my own game. I want to prove to everyone what I can do."
