Rosicky: We win and lose as a team

Winger Tomas Rosicky has said that there is no blame culture at the club and that whatever happens, the players take the experience on as a team.
There were reports that certain individuals were being singled out for the failures of last season but Rosicky has now denied this.
In a statement on the club's official website, Rosicky said: "I would never blame individuals for the team not lifting a trophy. We are in it together. We win as a team and we lose as a team.
"As individuals, we all make mistakes and the message I was relaying to a Czech newspaper was that we are more experienced now and have learnt from last season.
"We came so close last year to winning something and we will be giving it our all to win a trophy this year."

I love Rosisky faith. But also we should not always blame wenger for failure but always see it as challenge and improvement,with that the team will be more unite. Nigeria

I do agree with Rosiscky,we're in as a team whether we win or lose......as for we funs,you got all our surppot.we'll lift the trophy this season.
