Wenger: We dealt with the intimidation quite well

Manager Arsène Wenger has praised the strength, determination and resolution of his young Arsenal side after they came from a goal down to beat a physical Bolton side 3-1.

The Frenchman said that whilst Bolton tried to intimidate his team off the pitch, they responded by being strong in key positions on the pitch.

Wenger said: "They tried to intimidate us.

"But I felt we dealt very well with the problem.

We were strong in the one versus ones everywhere.

"We came back in a convincing way and I think we have show great qualities today.

"I believe everyone as a team were brilliant. In every area on the pitch everyone had a very good game."

i still believe arsenal are stronger in midfield hence our formation should concentrate on this advantage but arsene knows best ....great game

I think the team played well but there is till room for improvements in terms of concentration at the defenceline because Arsene also know that the defence lince our major problem because they always concede to arial ball. Arsenal is always better with 4-5-1 formation away from home.

They played well, but they can do better. Arsenal can beat any team if they want, they jus mind over matter. Hopefully they wont as unfortunate as last season. I'm expecting a premiership/champions leage double from them this season, I hope they won't disapoint.

A good result but its kind of nerving to watch we lose lots of areal challenge.
