Winger Samir Nasri, who has been included in the squad to face Sunderland later today, is confident that Arsenal are back to their flamboyant attacking best.
The Gunners were criticised for their lack of defensive awareness and it is something Nasri has assured Arsenal fans that the team are working on.
Nasri, one of the Gunners' major signing of the summer, also said that he was happy in England so far and that he's playing in his favourite position on the left flank with Gaël Clichy.
He is especially looking forward to facing his friend Djibril Cisse, who plays for Sunderland.
Speaking to L'Equipe magazine, Nasri said: "We phoned each other during the week to laugh about the game.
"He advised me a lot about moving to England, before I signed with Arsenal.
"I will be happy to meet him again, but we are aware of the fact it is going to be a tough game up there.
"I think the team doubted itself after the Hull game, and reassurances were needed, especially before a difficult trip to Sunderland.
"We bounced back and showed a conquering Arsenal, with an attacking punch that we lacked against Hull.
"The supporters have seen a show - Arsenal's flamboyant football that they were used to watching last season.
"The coach corrected our mistakes at half-time by asking Denilson to stay a bit more in front of the defence.
"We need to find the right balance between the attack and the defence because we were threatened by some counter attacks, especially when they hit the bar through [Cristian] Rodriguez.
"But we are on the right track, everybody wants to be part of the game, we can see William Gallas goes up front, and even Kolo Touré! Everybody wants to be part of the party.
"This position suits me perfectly, I am a playmaker on the left wing. And I have Clichy behind me who attacks a lot and helps me massively, he also allows me play in the middle."
