Hleb: Fabregas is happy at Arsenal

Winger Alexander Hleb says that midfielder Francesc Fabregas is happy at Arsenal, though that won't stop him from convincing the Spaniard to move back to Barcelona.

Media reports earlier in the week missed out on the fact that Fabregas was stating over and over again to Hleb that he was happy at Arsenal.

But the Belarus international insists that he will continue to persuade Fabregas to leave Arsenal and move to Barcelona, his b boyhood club.

Hleb said: "We get on very well on and off the pitch. For me he is like a brother. We call each other a lot to talk about things.

"He tells me he misses me at Arsenal and, without wanting to detract from anyone, I would love it if he came to Barca to be a part of all this.

"I don't stop insisting that he should return to Barca and he doesn't stop insisting that he is very happy at Arsenal and with Arsène Wenger.

"I will keep boring him until he changes his mind. If in the end he listens to me, I think it would be great for Barcelona."

i say that hleb is just tryin to brainwash cesc an i am quite sure cesc won't desert the gunners.........aftr all asene wenger did for him he ont just leave him..... plus the gunners are the best ...get a life hleb

hleb needs to spend less time talking and more time in shooting practice. I understand he is being asked these questions but he should answer them in a less mischievious manner.

it very funy hleb wants fabrigas to desert arsenal. well it up to cesc to decide were he will stay. if you ask me i will advice him to stay. arsenal will deliver this season. up gunners

There is a big differance between Hleb and Fab, one of them differanced is, fab aint in football for the money whereas hleb is, fab aint guna leave he isnt stupid he likes playing at the club and loves the fans

Hleb needs to get a life! He is not happy at Barca, so now he is trying to get himself a companion! Hleb, you made the choice to leave Arsenal, so just live with it! Stop tryin to drag people in2 your problems!

that insist is boring from hleb that's remind me in some primitive way of looking forward in culture of futbooll, so i thing maybe hleb forget whone of the best mannager in the europe, so far its true, when mr.Wenger come at arsenal that is what you remind on the way of the art of the futboll,so the most rong way it's the player like hleb and shure we have other player in arsen club who dont wont to be a part of the arsen futboll, and they are not gilty for that, the gilty is the law in the contract thay have, so pls when you find the player find the player who whant to play and to be part of the teamwork club. thnx

this disgrace to Arsenal should be fined by the club, how can he say this and get away with it, and to a former club?! He needs to shut it and stop trying to lure Fabregas away as he isn't fit enough to lick his boots. if a manager said this he'd be fined so i think its right for him to be disciplined.

Q: What do Hleb and a 12 year old boy have in common...they both like to play around with it A LOT but don't quite know where to put it.

AW should have know Hleb is close to Fab or vice visa. IF Helb are still playing with Fab at Arsenal, we will be at the top of the League because of their game play and teamwork
