Wenger: No clear favourites yet

Manager Arsène Wenger has said that there are currently no clear favourites in the title race, despite Liverpool leading the table after 10 games and having played both Manchester United and Chelsea.

Wenger says that whilst Liverpool obviously have the advantage, no team is producing the kind of form that would make them 'super favourites' at the moment.

The Frenchman said: "Liverpool have been very consistent until now.

"They have an advantage because they have played both Manchester United and Chelsea.

"They are in a strong position, but it is such a long way. It looks to me that nobody dominates the league to make themselves super-favourites at the moment."

Liverpool is the clear favourite at the moment, they are winning games without playing well. But Liverpool have tended to start strongly then drop off before Christmas.
Yet another dissapointing result last night, conceeding two late goals in two minutes indicates Arsenal still hasn't learnt from its mistakes. Arsenal drew too many games last season it should have won.
Whenever Arsenal fail to produce Wenger excuse is that the team lacks maturity or the opposition won't play against them. These are the same poor old excuses.
I beleive this team has the potential to win the EPL/CL/FA cup but it's unclear whether they can live upto their potential.

arsenal dont need a new d midfielder, they just need song to start instead of denilson, but they really really need a new centre back instead of toure coz he is not a true cb-he doesnt think defencively...so i think they really should try to buy someone like micah richards or per mertesacker or maybe raul albiol-if they dont want to concede every single game-like now.they also have to try getting robert green instead of almunia-he just isnt good enough. and last-if da silva cant get back to his earlier form of goal scoring, wenger should think of getting a very good striker that could put up a fight against van persie as a starter becuse rvp is made out of glass so u want to have a very good sub for him-maybe better (like man u have tevez,or chlsea have kalou,or liverpool have babel). maybe we can buy santa cruz or german gomez... even if all these things will cost alot of money i think its worth a try coz it wouldnt cost so much, and it would turn as into the best in the world and then we can win a well deserved pl title. imagine this:

adebayor rvp

nasri walcott

fabregas song

clichy sagna
gallas richards

green

and subs: fabianski,silvestre,eboue,denilson,diaby,rosicky,santa cruz.
so wenger-if u do what i say the future for arsenal will be amazing!!! up the gunners!!!
