Defender William Gallas has gone public in revealing that there is currently dissent and animosity in the Arsenal dressing room.
The incident came at half-time during the 4-4 draw against Tottenham Hotspur, a match where the Gunners let slip a two goal lead in the dying minutes of the match.
Gallas said: "There was a problem at half-time of the 4-4 draw with Tottenham.
"The only thing that I could say at half-time was 'guys, we resolve these problems after the match, not at halftime'.
"When as captain some players come up to you and talk to you about a player... complaining about him... and then during the match you speak to this player and the player in question insults us, there comes a time where we can no longer comprehend how this can happen."
There have been questions raised on the team spirit within the dressing room by many fans and Gallas' revelations will only confirm that all is not well within the club.

i dunno whos fault this whole fiasco is but gallas should of kept this in the club. This sort of thing strips a clubs morale and with a string of defeats thsi season it will be hasrd to regain that. Wenger has bought and sold and made decisions thta he believed would benefit the club, so i back him fully and all the players (except maybe bendtner but i still blame him for us getting knocked out of champs league last season). We all have our opinions some good some not so good, but now more then ever the club needs our support, its hard at times especially because we havent got any silverware for awhile but its these sorts of spells that sort the real fans from the fake ones, many manu and chelsea fans would of bailed by now. So lets get behind our boys and hope eveything gets sorted (and maybe an experienced defensive midfielder would be a nice late xmas present for the fans in the jan window). Good luck for DK on tues boys!

what is wrong with you gallas making a statement like that, we have to protect our club not let it go in turmoil like other clubs have, for me now you have disgraced the club by making a comment like this, first learn to defend then learn on public media speaking

Arsenal Boys buckle up and fight for the Premier and Champion League ahead of you.
We not interested about the rifts you are having in the Dressing room, because you have got a job to do to keep your Manager and the fans happy i.e. winning a trophy this season.
My one advice to Arsene (Manager) is, if the big boys are not ready to play as a Team ,please use the young Gunners.

he is gone as captain...bring back Gilberto.. what an injustice was done to this man ....he was the best captain we were ever going to have for the team we have at present...what seems to be going on ..is dreadful and as much as i love arsene wenger ..really he is somewhat responisble for letting things go this far ...we have a massive backroom team if wenger had not spotted this rift ..surely someone else must have .............Now we will have nothing but negative arsenal headlines as the media will love this..not to mention our rivals This all goes back to the extraordinary decision of arsenes to take the captaincy from Gilberto and give it to Gallas.i repeat wenger ia the best manager in the world but why oh why did he do that at that time .iwish someone would ask him Most likely Almunia will be given the armband against Man city...what have things come to !!!!!.

Who is the player that others are having a problem with? Could it be Adebayor? If so, then we should have sold him to Barcelona so that we could have brought in David Villa.

This is ridiculous. Why has he said it in public? Were there any other better options for him? As one of legend, Winterburn said, he should have tried to sort it out in inside of the club, rather than said it out so loudly in public. There's nothing he can get by that way. I have been quite unconvinced myself over the last couple of years. I don't think that W. Gallas, who moved from Chealsea, have got the quality to be a captain, which has been done by many of our greatest player like Henry, Vieira, or Adams. He's been not playing well recently, not got on well with rest of lads, blaming others. All those things showing us quite clearly that we need a new captain who everyone can rely on.

The problem is not gallas its Arsen Wenger
the problems started in Paris in the champions league finals when he took off Pires.
After that Pires said in an interview that he has lost confidence in Arsen Wenger.Players sold after that were
Viera
Pires
Henry
Gilberto
Flamminy
Hlep
Eduardo out long termPlayers braught in
Adebayour
Sylvestre
NasryYou gooner fans are you fans of the club or Arsen
Our club will not win any thing with Arsen not investing in Proven players if he wants to bring through the youth he should coach the youth team.He does not really like youth when players like Messy, Robinho, Benzima, Torres are for sale he does not buy the likes of bentner is kept at the club
stop blaming gallas after he was braught in by arsen who was too cheep to keep Ashley Cole, Too Cheap to Keep Flammany and will be too Cheap to strenghten the squad in January and all we will get is more excuses. You blind fanatics of Wenger make me sick
why because they are too expensive but the lik
