Striker Robin van Persie must have been echoing the thoughts of millions of Gooners around the world when he hinted that his goal against Chelsea last night had a bit of 'karma' going for it.
The Dutchman was offiside when he rifled in his shot past a hapless Petr Cech but has no qualms against it, as he had a perfectly good goal disallowed for offside back in 2005.
van Persie said: "I scored a goal against Chelsea (in a 2-0 home defeat in December 2005).
"I was onside, but the ref gave it offside and it didn't count.
"This time was maybe a little bit offside, but it counted and that's all that matters."

If you ask me, refs are a bit more on our side this season...ill never forget the penalty we conceded against birmingham. Yeah Gael made a mistake back then when he left the ball a bit far off in front of him, but he made a clean tackle afterwards. For whatever reason it was a penalty!!

He never said karma, did he? He scored twice, all that matters...
