Denilson not worried about facing Gerrard

Midfielder Denilson says that he is not intimidated at facing Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard today.

The young Brazilian will have to hold his own against one of the best holding midfielders in the world in a match that Arsenal have to win.

Denilson said: "I will deal with him [Gerrard] and I am sure Arsenal will win.

"We have beaten Manchester United and Chelsea already and no disrespect to Liverpool, but I am confident we will win again."

denilson mate, why dont you talk after the game, not before. i think gerrard is one of the best in the world, playerwise and personality-wise, and i dont think many of my fellow gooners gonna disagree. denilson needs to focus on his game at the moment. COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!

He must be mad if he think stevie g will be a walk in the park Liverpool are in a complitly different league to man utd and chelsea and saying the they are going to beat us if stupid.

Hate to poo poo on the cheeky little scamps admirable confidence, but Arsenal aren't going to win the game in central midfield and Denilson will be a peripheral character at best.
