Defender William Gallas is fit to face Cardiff City in the weekend. The Frenchman has successfully shaken off a hamstring injury.
However, left-back Gaël Clichy is serving a one-match ban after picking up a fifth yellow card during the match against Hull City.
Manager Arsène Wenger said: "Maybe Gibbs [will play at left back].
"Gallas will be available again and Clichy is suspended."
