Manager Arsène Wenger has admitted that he would have preferred to have seen the match off in extra time instead of having to replay the tie at the Emirates.
The Gunners were held to a 0-0 draw by a determined Cardiff City who had their moments and could have killed off the tie had they taken their chances better.
Wenger said: "We could do without the replay, 100%, but let's not complain because we play football.
"It's one more game to play. If that's the price we have to pay to stay in the hat, we're happy to do it.
"We are short at the moment and cannot rotate much. I could rest a few players in this game but not as many as I had wanted."

WE DONT NEED THIS !!
We have a jam-packed Fixture list as it is without adding another 90 minutes of football to it!
