Van Persie: The draws must end

Striker Robin van Persie has urged his Arsenal team mates to start turning draws into wins.

The Dutch international was speaking after a third draw in four games saw the Gunners slip further behind in fifth place away from the Champions League groups.

Speaking to the official website, van Persie said: "In the last three Premier League games we have had three draws and that is just not good enough. It's six points missing.

"If we had those six points... but this is if, if, if.

"We are working hard but we know we are not there yet. We are not scoring enough goals and we are not playing well enough. But everyone is staying positive and we are trying to help each other. The basics are there, it's just up to us to finish it off now.

"Sometimes it's me to blame or another player to blame. Sometimes we are unlucky. Everybody can judge that for themselves.

"But we are still creating the chances. Even with 10 men we had a few chances on Sunday. So I am not really worried because we are still doing that part."

Hi Arsenal Boys !. I must congratulate you all for the team spirit you exhibited last Sunday, when you played Tottenham with 10 men. It was unfortunate that the only goal was disallowed by the Referee the reason best known to him.
I have confidence in you that you can turn the table round, but only if you maintain your team spirit and determination to win by scoring goals at every game from now onwards. My one advice again is always try to score goals at the first Half of the games while you are still full of energy, then in the second Half of the game defend your post very well.
You create chances but you miss the goals. May be you need more practice in goal scoring. Do not give up hope.

RVP is not a striker but he is a good talented footballer
as long as Adebayor he is not a footballer at all !!
i want u all to have a close look on Ade
80% of the goals he score is easy ones
and he misses infront of the ball big time
although he is tall he can just past with his head ..
superb miss timing in his takeoffs
awfull passing
0% effecient he feels like a winger and he must be inside the box

i wish to see a striker like (benzema, tevez, the legendary torres)

i think Vela is way better than Ade
i had enough from Ade

Perhaps I am mistaken here but is RVP not a striker.
Is it not his job to be scoring goals.
The defence is not letting them in so I suggest he takes a long hard look at himself and his partner Ade and they score the goals and then the games will not be drawn!!!

With us sometimes is a bad luck, the same mistake Eboue for some other teams the referee will just talk to the player instead of giving him a red card like that we should have won that game I am very sure and on my belief Arsenal would be among the big four this year again I am very sure with that.
