Defender Mikael Silvestre has admitted that it will be emotional for him to play against his former team mates tomorrow when Arsenal take on Manchester United in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
The Frenchman was a United player for the best part of nine years before making the surprise move down South to play for United's domestic rivals.
Silvestre said: "It will be bizarre, to go into the away changing room and see the supporters again and all those people who work at the club.
"It is going to be emotional. Nine years at the same club – it's a long time. It's a part of my life.
"It surprised everyone, but I wanted a new challenge at Arsenal.
"Ferguson did me a favour. He had never done it before."
