Support for Gibbs after error against United

Defender Kolo Touré has expressed support for youngster Kieran Gibbs, after the left-back's error against Manchester United put the Gunners on the backfoot in the Champions League semi-final tie.
Gibbs' slip in the first half allowed United to score their vital away goal.
Touré said: "Kieran was down at half-time but we talked to him and so did the manager and he is better now.
"It is always difficult when you play against Man United and he is still just 19, it is his first season and he has played in big games against big teams.
"I think he has been outstanding this season when he has come in and he has played great, great football for us.
"A mistake can happen to anybody, it can happen to the best players."

Gibbs is the most talented defender I've ever seen the slidding was just nothing compared to how he gave thu Man U strikes a hard time

Gibbs was just under pressure.being young and skillful as he is,manning CR7 was just hectic.big up to the new wonder kid.There is next season.

He has done much good work in this season whenever we need him. In the 1st game he have done good job against CR7. I hope this unluck moment will not destory such a promising youngester. Wish to see him long in arsenal shirt.

i didn't blame any last man of Gunners..
just Man U tactic good enough to destroy our final hope..Gibbs had a wonderful start when he was 1st 11
he saved many ball, unfortunately i think he's pressure too much when take responsible to mark CR7 ..
any way he had try his best.. hope this error didn't break his young Gunners spirit..Hope Gunners more loaded and more power to give their best performance in every game.. ( i miss the unbeatable 2003/2004 )

Gibbs was the better defender on the first leg, he just had 1 off moment. wenger always seems to get the left back role right. if only that could be reflected all over the pitch.
