After finally making his comeback in the first team, striker Eduardo da Silva has said that he feels great, especially after finding the back of the net in a competitive match.
The Brazilian scored a well-taken goal in the Emirates Cup match against Scottish champions Rangers, showing Arsenal fans what they've been missing when he's been out injured.
Eduardo said: "I feel great, much better compared to the previous Sunday when I played without having any games beforehand.
"After this week I feel like a new player and I have a lot more confidence. I am delighted that once again I am scoring. They are all satisfied at the club."
More importantly, the Croatian international is looking forward to the new season with Arsenal but also to be playing for Croatia again.
He added: "Immediately after (Valencia) I will head to Zagreb and join my team mates. If everything goes according to plan I will be ready to travel to Minsk.
"I am looking forward to this match which will be my first for Croatia after four and a half months."
