Arsène Wenger was delighted with the quality of Robin van Persie's goal at Fulham on Saturday.
The boss believes that match-winning moment highlights the Dutchman's importance to this Arsenal team and the way they play their football.
Wenger said: "It is a fantastic goal. The ball in was brilliant, the first touch is brilliant, and the second touch is in the back of the net. It was all perfect.
"We play with plenty of offensive players, so it is important you have somebody up front who can make a short control or a short pass.
"There is no better player than Robin at that."
Ahead of tonight's Champions League encounter with Olympiacos, former Aston Villa defender Olof Mellberg, now with the Greek side, has also praised Arsenal's attacking football.
The Swede said: "It will be a really tough match. We will need to be on top of our game all over the pitch.
"We've defended well so far this season and we need to do that to stop Arsenal.
"Going forward they are one of the best sides, not only in England, but in Europe."
