Manager Arsène Wenger praised his team's attacking threat after seeing his side come back from going twice behind to win 6-2 against Blackburn Rovers.
The team always looked like they were going to score goals, despite suffering defensive lapses.
Goals from Thomas Vermaelen, Robin van Persie, Andrey Arshavin, Francesc Fabregas, Theo Walcott and Nicklas Bendtner eventually saw off Blackburn.
Wenger said: "We looked always dangerous going forward and I must say they were dangerous as well but you could see that our fluency finally took over and our pace of passing and our quality made a big difference today.
"If you look at the number of goals we have scored since the beginning of the season it is quite impressive and I believe that is a very good basis.
"It's difficult to have so many people going forward and to have everybody straight away defending well. It's a consequence of our philosophy a little bit.
"This team have a great belief and it looks like they are becoming stronger and stronger.
"We are in a strong position in the league. Despite the fact that we have lost two games, if you look at the away games we had they are in places where other teams can drop points.
"We have four away games to Manchester [United and City], Everton and Fulham. We got six points but we had the impression we should have won the two games in Manchester and that made out resolve even stronger."
