Manager Arsène Wenger admits that he was left sickened by his side's draw against West Ham United last night.
The Gunners were cruising going into half-time, leading 2-0 after excellent strikes from Robin van Persie and William Gallas.
But Arsenal took their foot off the gas in the second half and an error from goalkeeper Vito Mannone and a (very generous) penalty allowed the Hammers to equalise.
It is the second time in a week that the Gunners have conceded leads, after a late equaliser from Dutch side AZ Alkmaar in the Champions League denied the North London side three points.
Wenger said: "It's very sickening because it doesn't reflect the quality of our game.
"We need to learn from our mistakes and the quicker the better. We played very well in the first half and we have to keep the positives of our game.
"The penalty was super generous. It was a very physical game with a lot of fouls made on us. But we had plenty of opportunities to score a second goal but we didn't and we have to learn.
"We shouldn't have even have been tempted to give away a free-kick for their first goal. It was a very generous decision by the referee.
"There is no lethargy, the team wants to win and it focused. There's no lack of concentration.
"When you lead 2-0 away the game is never one. West Ham fought for their life, they never gave up. When a team never give up you know they can come back.
"We had it in the Champions League but this is more sickening."
Arsenal could have stole it at the death had van Persie's header found the back of the net from a point-blank range but England goalkeeper Robert Green saved well.
