Alex Song admits it's been a bad week for Arsenal, and things need to improve.
The Gunners were beaten 3-0 twice in a row, first by Chelsea and then by Man City, and Song knows it's not good enough.
"We didn't do very well in the last two games so we need to be focused and we have to give our best on the pitch," he told Arsenal.com
"This week has been very bad but now we need to show it was just a mistake. We have to give 100 per cent against Stoke on Saturday."
The midfielder will be suspended for the Stoke game, and he believes injuries and other absentees haven't helped Arsenal this season.
He cites Robin van Persie's injury after a spell of good form one of the hardest to deal with.
"We have a lot of players injured and it's not easy," he said.
"When you lose a player like Robin van Persie it is difficult because he is one of the best players in the squad and he has done very well."
He is, however, backing Eduardo to improve his form, after a difficult start to the season.
"It is difficult for Eduardo because he was injured a long time and it is not easy to come back. He needs more time to get stronger."
