Burnley manager Owen Coyle has spoken of his regard for Arsenal youngster Jack Wilshere.
The Clarets boss is known to have approached Arsène Wenger about a loan move for the young midfielder, but admits it could be a challenge to get him with Arsenal's current injury problems.
"I am loath to speak about other teams' players but I think it is fair to say that Arsène Wenger knows the regard I have for the player," Coyle said.
"Arsenal have been blighted by injuries so there are things they may have to look at."
Coyle went on to say he predicts a bright future for the England under-21 international.
"I would also suggest there is more than Burnley that will be admirers of Jack Wilshere.
"He is a gifted individual who will continue to get better and I believe he will become an Arsenal regular and a full England international."
The youngster has made only 6 appreances for Arsenal so far this season, and Wenger has already suggested that a loan move could be good for the player's progress.
