You could be forgiven for shivering if you saw the words "injury update" in an Arsenal-related headline, such is our injury crisis this season.
It almost seems that we've had more players get injured than return from injury, a case of one step forward, two steps back, but this week's team news for Burnley is very encouraging.
Manager Arsène Wenger could see the return of three midfielders - Abou Diaby is rated at 50:50 to play, whereas Denilson and Andrey Arshavin should be available for selection.
With Aaron Ramsey out of action for at least six months and Alex Song serving a two match suspension, the above trio's return could not have been more timely.
Unfortunately, we still have problems in central defence. William Gallas is still unavailable and Sol Campbell is nursing a groin problem. The goal celebrations against Stoke were perhaps a bit too taxing for him.
That leaves Mikael Silvestre to partner Thomas Vermaelen in central defence. Looks like this injury update, despite the overall balance of good news, has sent shivers down your spine!
Speaking to Arsenal TV Online, Wenger said: "We have the luck that Denilson could be available again. He did not travel to Stoke last week because he had an injury to his calf.
"Arshavin could be available and there is a little, little chance that Diaby could be available again too. I am convinced that Denilson and Arshavin will be OK but for Diaby it is 50:50.
"Gallas is still out and we have a little problem with Sol Campbell. We will check that tomorrow. Carlos Vela will not be considered for Saturday because he comes back too late from international duty.
"If we have good news from the other players coming back we should still have a strong squad out."
