Manager Arsène Wenger has said that he is focusing on no other team than Hull City at the moment, and effectively rubbished reports of him joining Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The rumour mill is in full spin after 8-time winners of the Champions League exited the competition at the hands of Lyon, and coach Manuel Pellegrini's position at the club is in danger.
But Wenger says that he is fully committed on honouring his contract, which expires in 2011, and that no club other than Hull City are important to him at the moment.
Arsenal take on Hull City this weekend hoping to close the gap at the top of the Premiership table.
Wenger said: "Leave me alone. I always go to the end of my contract and I am going until 2011. So there is no way.
"For me, it is the worst moment to come back on this. At the moment I focus on Hull City. That maybe less glamorous than Real Madrid but they are much more important in my life at the moment."
The Frenchman also explained that there was no bad blood between his team and the Tigers, after a number of controversies marred matches between the two sides in the past.
Hull manager Phil Brown falsely accused captain Cesc Fabregas of spitting at the direction of his assistant manager, an allegation that was never proved and yet Brown was allowed to continue to rant about the Fabregas to the English media.
And in December, both clubs were charged for 'failing to control their players' following a confrontation on the pitch, as Arsenal continued to have the upper hand in matches between the two clubs.
Wenger added: "I feel there is respect, and we go in to the next game.
"We don't make a special fuss of anything, we just try to play football. We have to focus on what is the most important, which is that the people who pay to come to watch a football game get something for their money. That is what we always try to do.
"We do not focus on bad blood. We just focus on our game and try to play well. In fact, if you look at what happened [in December], there was not a lot, nobody has been injured. There was a little brawl at some stage where we got punished, them as well, but the game was not dirty.
"I look forward to seeing my team play football well. As for the rest, I respect everybody in life, and I don't make any special issue of that."
