Midfielder Denilson has nothing but praise for manager Arsène Wenger, describing how he treats everyone at the club with equal respect.
A man-management method like that is invaluable in a setup where youth players are encouraged to just act on instinct and 'play their football', especially when so much is expected of them from fans and senior players a like.
The 22-year-old midfielder also said that most of the training methods used by the manager involved doing work with the ball, even when it just involves fitness.
Denilson said: "It's not often you get a coach like [Arsène Wenger].
"Whether you're one of the more experienced players or one of the lads coming through, everybody is treated the same.
"That approach is better for the morale in the squad.
"The exercises we do on the basics of the game are also noteworthy in that we always work with the ball, even when doing fitness work.
"It's a good thing and helps us gain the confidence we need to play nice football."
