Midfielder Denilson says that silverware is definitely within the team's reach this season, despite many feeling that the squad is perhaps not ready yet.
Arsenal are currently third in the table behind leaders Chelsea and Manchester City, but are on equal points with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
It is a possible six-pointer this weekend when we travel to the City of Manchester Stadium on Sunday, and with United and Spurs looking to capitalise on any slip-ups, it's important that we establish a decent run of form heading into the Christmas break.
To do that, Denilson says that it's important for the team to maintain focus until the final whistle in order to stop dropping silly points.
Denilson said: "[The title?] Of course you're always going to lose games, but we have to cut down those losses and stop giving away points stupidly, which has happened in recent seasons.
"We've got the quality and we've got a lot of responsibility too. Chelsea and Manchester United have that as well, but they're different as they've also got experience.
"That said, I think we're much more mature going into this season."
